Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original and unopened packaging. All packages are fully inspected and tested by multiple shipping agents before shipping.
All returns will have a 15% restocking fee applied to refund. Exceptions: returning an item because of a defect or missing part or inaccurate order.
Due to health and safety concerns some items can not be returned. These items include: liquid items, adhesive, gel remover, primer, make-up remover pads, lip and eye remover, black coating sealer and clear coating sealer.
Note: Gift card can not be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once customer service has received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We will deduct a 15% restocking fee from refund for applicable returned items. Exceptions: returning an item because of a defect or missing part, or because it wasn’t what you ordered. If you are approved, your refund will be immediately processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, please check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Finally, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Clearance Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@prolashproducts.com and we will give you our address.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the customer who purchased the gift.

You will be responsible for paying for all shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of shipping to you will be paid by ProLash. If ProLash has offered you free shipping at the time of purchase. The original shipping cost paid by ProLash will be deducted from your return refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
